The neighbourhood

The apartment is located between the CBD and North Hobart. Locals refer to the area as MidTown. Over the last few years, it has become an increasingly popular area, with a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and breweries opening up along Elizabeth street in the Mid-Town.
There is a bus service directly to the city just on Elizabeth Street.

House rules

No parties or events.
No pets.
No smoking in or outside the patio area.
Lost or damaged front door key will incur a $120.00 replacement fee.

The apartment is to be left in good condition on departure. Additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional cleaning is required that goes above the standard clean.

All kitchen items used during your stay is to be washed up before check out.

As the apartment is in a shared residential block, please be mindful of other tenancies and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.

Please be respectful of furniture, applicances , bedding and sheets during your stay. Any wilful damage will incur replacemnet costs to the guest.
