House rules

The apartment is to be left neat and tidy on departure.
Rubbish is to be taken out and placed in the bins located outside.
All lights and heaters are to be turned off
Dirty dishes cleaned and washing up put away,
No smoking in the apartment or near the front door entrance of the apartment.
No extra persons to stay other than the numbers booked in the reservation.
No parties.

It is simple, if you move it, put it back, if you use it, look after it and if you break it, there will be a cost to replace it.
