Eastland’s shopping centre is a few minutes away along with Blundstone Arena and the stunning family friendly Bellerive and Howrah beaches.
Grand houses site over Bellerive bluff overlooking the Derwent river along with a ferry service from Bellerive to the Hobart waterfront. A lovely ride across the Derwent river by ferry, spend the day in Salamanca and the Hobart waterfront and then jump back onboard the ferry home.
The Bellerive area offers a perfect base to explore Hobart and surrounds with easy access to the Coal Valley wine region including Richmond village and Port Arthur historic site and the Tasman Peninsula.

The complex is secure, with key entry to both the building and the apartment. The car park operates with a remote-controlled boom gate and is secure, with room for 1 car.
Access is via a key box system in the car park, where you will collect your key.
You will need to park externally to the car parking garage and collect the key and remote control from the key box in the car park, then enter the secure parking area via the boom gate with the remote control.
